Carve a Name for Yourself as Hollowed Harvest Calls for Local Artists!

Year after year, Hollowed Harvest: Wicked Labyrinth has served as Salem's only Jack-O'-Lantern Festival, bringing hundreds of unique pumpkins to the Witch City. This year, local artists can get involved as featured pumpkin carvers for this paid opportunity.

Hollowed Harvest has utilized several different venues in its 6 years of operation and 2026 will boast its most walkable location yet. Located at 300 Derby St., the event is directly adjacent to the Salem Witch Trials Memorial in the very heart of the city. The Jack-O'-Lanterns by these featured artist will be displayed in an outdoor courtyard, separate from the indoor exhibition. While visitors will need to procure tickets for the main event and the privilege of observing these gourd-geous sculptures up close, they will be made visible for all to see.

"The city of Salem has been the most generous, inviting home for us" says event owner Matthew Glaser. "This is an opportunity to give back by supporting local artists and building out an entire display for the public to enjoy".
